Customer Service
More and more customers or potential customers publish their annual cargo volume using a so called Logistic platform (Ticontract, Elogate, etc.) in which the specific requirements and the components of the contracts are extensively explained. To keep up with the times, a separate organizational unit, called “customer service” was introduced. The unit relieves the dispatchers of over the top workloads and separates the areas of responsibility clearly.
The tenders are professionally prepared for the colleagues, the contract documents checked and all appointments scheduled.
Additionally, the integration of the new partners into the various departments is supported.
