Quality policy
After the certification in 1994 we received the Austria Quality Seal from ÖQUA (Austrian consortium for quality promoting). The management defines the quality policy as follows:
- The enterprise offers high quality transportation services. Reliability, continuity of service, dedication to the customer and also to the assigned carrier are of utmost importance to us.
- This practised corporate philosophy, combined with the necessary flexibility gives us a crucial competitive edge.
- We make every effort in investing in modern telecommunication systems, equipment and facilities as well as their maintenance and especially in selecting and training our employees to offer continuously our outstanding performance level.
- Customer service has the highest priority in our company philosophy. This includes a friendly appearance of our employees, prompt handling of the processes, expertise and the individual drafting of conditions.
Complaints:
Responsible Persons have the order to react immediately to any complaint. Contact person is the expeditor who was responsible for the transport, the department head and in further consequence the managing director.
