The company
The company FERNFRACHT Gimmelsberger, Int. Speditions- und Transport GesmbH & CO. KG, was founded in November 1976 as Gesellschaft mbH. In 1979 the company became a GesmbH & CO. KG, whereas the GesmbH holds the management of the KG. Wilhelm Gimmelsberger is the managing director of the GesmbH, sole limited partner of the KG and founder of the company. Subject of the company is the forwarding business and transport industry, with all associated relevant activities.
2006 Company foundation
According to article III of the Conversion Expensive Law the company FERNFRACHT Gimmelsberger Internationale Speditions- und Transportgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG will retroactively to 01.01.2006 be brought in into the already existing FERNFRACHT Gimmelsberger Internationale Speditions- und Transportgesellschaft mbH. All rights and obligations from existing contracts are taken over.
2011 Change of management
With effective date of 07.01.2011 Gasser Roland is appointed managing director of the company FERNFRACHT Gimmelsberger, Int. Speditions- und Transportgesellschaft mbH, in addition to the current managing director Wilhelm Gimmelsberger.
