Staff events

Team spirit greatly contributes to our daily success. This is why we have a company trip every two years and we spend time together outside working hours at events such as bowling, etc . . .

In addition to that, each field of activity is fairly distributed and is 100 % supported by our well-developed and customized EDV system.

Each workstation has its own holiday and sick leave substitution system so that the employees can concentrate on getting better and/or enjoy their holiday from the first day to the last.

Our aim is to keep our employees at the company in the long run. For this reason, we consider it extremely important that the collectively agreed working hours are not exceeded.



Since 2011 we have been working almost completely paperless. The office cabinets were replaced by green plants. This gave us the opportunity to give our office a more open and friendly design.
